They have pretty good burgers, but staff seem unprofessional

Too slow...I ordered two buddy buger, and it took them 10 minutes to make them. It was not even busy at that time. They are not having the right attitude.

Horrible service. Unprofessional employees. Inconsistent food. I have never experienced this kind of service at A&W. Management should be ashamed leaving such a well respected, reputable establishment in this condition. I've been to this location twice, it's clearly lacking in training. The girl at the cashier was constantly socializing, joking, laughing, texting, and distracting the one cook in the back. It was absolutely unacceptable how unprofessional they both were. I ordered one thing, I was the only person there. My sweet potato fries arrived fast, but that's because they were undercooked, still crunchy, and unseasoned. I will not be back.
