  I went to Big Orange one day for a quick drink, and I was pleasantly surprised. I was recommended to get the Rainbow smoothie, and it was both affordable and delicious. Definitely makes a go-to stop in the mall and the kind staff there makes the experience even better.

  Affordable and friendly staff. Tasty milk tea as well, get it every time I go to work! A lot of people complaining about how bubble tea doesn't include the price of tapioca pearls when in reality, bubble tea is named "bubble" tea because of the bubbles that appear from shaking or blending the drink!

  I've only been there twice and had high expectations before even being there. The first time I went I ordered a small taro smoothie bubble tea with tapioca, I was charged $5.08 even though on the menu it's $3.99+tax, but I paid anyways before realizing. The second time was the next day, I ordered the same thing and because I was charged over $5 the day before I got $6 in change ready. The total came to $4.50 and the cashier, after I handed him the $6 in toonies, said I was short $1.10, then he said never mind, corrected himself and gave me $0.95 back in change when it should have been $1.50. I suggest anyone else that goes there makes sure they know how much they should be paying.
