  I believe this Swiss Chalet has stopped serving its chicken hot. On numerous visits, I have specifically asked that my chicken dinner be hot, only to have it served a temperature barely over room temp. My server was quick to replace my warm chicken, but the replacement serving was no hotter than the first. They are doing the good name of Swiss Chalet a disservice. I shall NOT return to this outlet.

  Went 2 Swiss Chalet this evening with wife 4 an early dinner, the place was quite busy, but we were looked after promptly... My wife ordered their special, a quarter chicken dinner, white meat, with rice and a side order of a caesar salad, while I ordered the quarter chicken white with fries, and a pop 4 myself and wife, our orders did not take long 2 arrive, my wife got her side of caesar first, then not long after our entrees arrived, whence we started 2 dig in, I noticed my chicken and fries were cold, so I managed 2 flag down my server, and mentioned my meal was cold, no problem he took back my meal, and less than 5 minutes later a hot meal was brought back 2 me, the meal was tasty and hot, and I really appreciated the prompt way I was looked after, a good dining experience in all, this establishment makes sure you have a good dining experience, and you should be able to...

  We ordered a family dinner on Sunday. The food came and the vegetables weren't cooked. The chicken was very pink and we assumed it was fine. My whole family got food poisoning. It's now Wednesday and I'm still dealing with it.

  Server was competent without hovering. Food was same great standard as we have come to expect from Swiss Chalet. I am not sure how they could get the food to a hotter temperature when they serve it, but it is a common issue.
