  This theatre is good for a night out, but their wireless captioning units for the hearing-impaired (that fit in your seat's drink holder) are unreliable, consistently displaying only ~80% of the spoken dialogue. Placing two units side by side shows how they often miss different parts of the dialogue, and sitting in different areas of the theatre doesn't seem to help.

  Washrooms are dirty and broken, there is food everywhere and the place I general is very dirty. Staff is ok, food selection is "meh".

  Great seats. Great screens. Always clean. Seems well managed as I've never had any problems at all while here. The washrooms are generally well taken care of as well which is nice to see! I say because generally right after movies the, the garbage can begin to overflow but soon after they're cleaned up (as soon as employees are given the chance to).

  The location is this theater's only saving grace. The washrooms are acceptable but usually very crowded. The reception is very oddly laid out, it feels like it was once much neater and visually interesting but now they have just kept adding things on so it feels cramped like an old woman's attic, full of nice things but arranged in a way that's inconvenient and you forget whats there. The games in reception are very hit or miss as well with consistent out of order signs. The cost per ticket doesn't suit the perks especially when they have taken away free refills at the concession stand. I much prefer paying the same price and going down to Landmark in south London.
