- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Only giving low rating since it's McDonald's. Most expensive fast food save for KFC but at least KFC is covering food less sought after. Quality of McDonald's burgers is no different than the others but... I still cannot fathom why someone would pay a quality burger price for something that is mass produced there with sugary, low quality ingredients.
