I live in the area, never had a problem when I go into the store but will never go through the drive-thru, it has to be one of the slowest locations in London for drive-thru service.

My colleague and I frequent the Adelaide/Southdale location often, and we enjoy our interactions with the staff we have come to know. In particular, Grace is a gem. She is always smiling and pleasant. Grace always puts a smile on my face!
