Usually only one or two employees behind the counter who seem to know what they are doing. Poor layout for anyone who wants to walk in. Drive through is much better. Can still take a pretty long time to get your small order.

They consistently mess up orders to the point of wasting my entire lunch break waiting for my food, and then returning and waiting for a correction. Not sure if it's a competency issue or a lack of training? Very dissatisfied with every visit
