  A large iced coffee with NO beverage base. Why is that so hard? Who mentions beverage base if they want it. Once again it was typed into the system yet once again I got home to find the milk I asked for was included AND beverage base. This isn't hard People.. omit the beverage base. And often when I ask if the coffee has no beverage base as it's being handed to me, I get a snarky response. One time one of the staff said "if that's what you asked for, that's how it was made". (It wasn't, by the way. It had the base in it).

  Never a dull moment here. Always busy. Fast, accurate service. Car wash and convenient store and laundry in same lot. Convenient location

  I work here and can honestly say out of all the tims and other food places ive worked this is the most clean, hygienic and professional place ever. Always making sure employees follow even the smallest standard such as timing pots or making sure food is fresh or making sure things are cleaned/washing hands...when things are slow or orders are wrong 9 times out of ten its from someone training but that teaches them for next time!

  Sub-par service. I always have to ask for my bacon english muffin to be toasted. Who wants a raw english muffin? Where I come from the English muffin is always toasted. Also there's always onions in the eggs. Why are there onions in my eggs? It's disgusting and causes me to gag. No onions from the timmies back home. London stores are gross.
