I went with a friend for coffee and the cost me service skills and product knowledge were not the best at the cash register. I went a second time to the new location and had a similar experience. While I was sitting and drinking my coffee, I noticed the staff members dipping the Boston cream donuts in chocolate sauce without wearing gloves, is this common procedure for glazed donuts? I don't know if the staff member washed her hands first, but I was suprised regardless with food health and saftey that she did not have a simple pair of gloves on.

I asked for extra toasted bagel and the lovely lady checked with me that it was toasted right! What great service
