  While chain restaurants are never near the top of my "must visit" list, I have heard many positive reviews about State and Main from trusted sources. I decided to stop by with my wife and approach this establishment as every other with an open mind. I was humbly surprised by my positive experience. Pros: A modern and trendy atmosphere that was also very clean Plenty of great options on the menu to appease virtually any foodie Speedy and friendly service An excellent selection of beers on tap Solid food (My wife loved her veggie burger and I was thoroughly impressed with my cajun blackened chicken sandwich) Cons: Aside from some items that could be better priced, there were little to no negatives here This was easily one of the best chain experiences we have encountered in London, Ontario.

  I was pleased about their "gluten sensitive" menu, but not surprised when it clearly states that they cannot guarantee cross contamination of allergens. As an actual Celiac, it's frustrating that people without a true allergy to gluten get a menu. Food was good, not great. Service was quick, once we actually got served.
