I go through spurts where this place acts like my office, and have always received excellent service.

I've never had a very berry hibiscus in light pink which was usually purple until this time. And of course it didn't taste right at all. I made the purchase around 9:45 and it was still lining up. I understand you were about to close, but I paid for the drink I think I deserve the right thing. I couldn't believe the lady gave me the drink when you can tell it's not right simply with your eyes. I was going to catch a movie so didn't have time to argue. I hope the store will improve its service. If you cannot provide qualified drinks when you are about to close, simply stop taking orders.
