if there were minus stars that's what she would get. rude, dirty fingernails, forgot one of our coffees and got right po'd at us when we asked for it after waiting for her to serve 5 people who came after us in line. why she works anywhere is astounding. Epic hiring fail Starbucks HR

This is one of my favourite starbucks in London. The staff here are super friendly and the drinks are always perfect
