  Let´s talk about the true of this store. Today, I was at the store buying some products. The total amount after taxes was 126 dollars. After payment I asked if they had any special discount and the associate (Nicolle, if this is her real name) answered negatively. Thereafter, I showed her my Goodlife membership and she said that she just might offer a 5 % discount. Total now= 125.6 dollars. I was surprised given that 5 discount % of 126 dollars is 119, not 126. She just replied that she only does the discount to the small bottle of protein. I did not want to ask any more, so I left. I was even more surprise, when I open my text messages right after arriving home, and I saw a message from Sparta offering 15 % discount for that day and the whole weekend. This is not the first this happens to me at this store, so I called and I asked Nicolle, why she did not offer me the mentioned discount. She just replied that I should have said. (in fact, I already did when I was at the store BEFORE PAYING). After a long discussion, the lady in a very bad and rude manner offered to reimburse the discount into my account. For that she asked me my CREDIT CARD NUMBER AND EXPIRY DATE!!! At that point, the associate, yelling at the phone, said how much was the discount (11 dollars). She hung up the phone. So, again 11 DOLLARS IS NOT 15% of 126! Given this confusion I called again to the Nobel prize in Mathematics at the store. She admitted the error and repeated the operation. This is not the first time that happens. Be cautious and if in the store offers a special offer for the weekend, like 20 % off, make sure that have not raised up the prices already for making that discount futile. In conclusion, this associate is continually making up the numbers, publishing wrong deals and offers and playing with small amount of your money, just for their own interests. The store is not a safe environment for customers. Watch out your pockets and make sure YOU KNOW who you are dealing with. I do not know who should respond or change this. I don't even know if the behavior is dictating from the owner and the associates are encouraged to act like this or if it is only a wrong person (Nicolle) in the good place. But some changes need to be done

  I was visiting from the states and the guy who was working there was extremely knowledgeable and wasn't just selling products but trully wants to help people learn and achieve their goals great store very clean and organized
