  Worst customer service ever... there is always something missing and today I called at 7:45 and they said they will send the driver back and I'm still here waiting .. worst location ever!!!... now they won't pick up the phone ... I've called 5times ... I do not recommend ordering delivery from this location !!!

  I gave this one star only because it doesn't have 0! I used the drive-through & placed an order for a family 16 pc. chicken meal. Reminded them at the window that on previous visits I seem to get short-changed on either chicken or biscuits & could they please double check this order because this has happened several times to me. I phoned after I got home & found there were only 14 pcs. instead of 16, the guy who answered the phone said it was a new hiree (which is what they told me a few other times when I phoned) & that he couldn't delivery the 2 missing pcs. because it would come out of his pocket & I quickly reminded him that it was coming out of my pocket paying for a meal with missing chicken. He also stated that because I had gone through the drive-through they couldn't delivery the chicken to me (what a joke - what kind of business is this that handles things this way?). He also stated that he would give me 15% off my next order but they have also done that before & I always forget to mention it the next time. Then he said he would fire the person at fault which I asked him not to because I realize everyone makes mistakes but this keeps happening at this restaurant specifically - maybe poor training or whatever. I should have stopped giving these people my business a few times before this but stupidly thought it would change especially after the numerous times it had happened! At last they have lost me as a customer.

  Absolutely brutal food experience. I think my chicken, and bun, were steamed? The breading on the chicken was soggy and the bun was tough and chewy. The lettuce was basically non-existent and the tomato wasn't ripe yet. Sauce? Yeah a little. Fries? I didn't get a full order and they were the bottom scrappings from the bin. Delicious. All this after I stood there waiting for 20 min after my friend got her food next to right away. Her food? Her chicken tasted and smelled like shrimp. The coleslaw was good, but I assume it came straight from a package. The cashier? She was rude to her coworkers, unprofessional and completely disorganized. This was a completely forgettable experience. I left dissatisfied with the food, disappointed and embarrassed that I suggested Popeye's for lunch and frazzled by the conduct of the cashier.
