  Worst Pizza Hut in London! I am so mad yesterday I ordered for delivery and they pizza delivery guy came and I went to get my bank card when I opened my door and the delivery guy gave me the machine it was already set to me tipping him 15% all I had to do is press ok to ok that i was going to give him the 15%. I am so mad. What gives the driver the right to think I will be tipping him. If I don't want to tip you I shouldn't have to, Only the supervisor was in when I called to complain and she did say that she will give me a $20 gift card but I will be calling back and talking to a manager

  The pizza was good and the delivery was quick but my order was wrong. I ordered a med Canadian and med pepperoni pizza and received two Canadian pizzas so I felt forced into spending more money than I wanted to and planned on which is not a good feeling. The order was read back to me on the phone so I don't understand how a mistake like that happened. Almost seems intentional.

  Great pizza. Order ahead here for pickup as there is no sit down options unless you use the curb outside :)
