I have no issue with Pizza Hut itself. This location however fails to impress me. The first time I order from them they brought me the wrong pizza. Which was fixed quickly with the pizza I actually ordered and a gift certificate. But the next time I ordered delivery the driver called me and claimed that it would be there in 5 minutes. I waited for over half an hour after that call. No show. I was then called by them saying they waited in my lobby for 15 minutes then went and knocked on our door. Which was a lie as my husband was down stairs the entire time and I was upstairs waiting, just in case. They proceeded to refuse to drive to our location and said we had to pick it up if we wanted the food and still pay for delivery. Not impressed at all.
