YUCK! Their chicken balls are mostly batter, some didnt even have chicken in them I'm pretty sure. The wong tons taste old and over cooked. Spring rolls taste like frozen ones you get from the super market. And they didnt include my hot oil I requested when odering. blah not good Chinese food at all. Go with little Panda instead.

Let me preface by saying we ordered online from this restaurant in December of 2016 and it was great. This was the only reason I ordered from there again despite noticing that their rating and logo was different then it was the first time I ordered via JustEat. I should have known something was up. Spidey senses were tingling, but I was hungry and I ordered anyway. Online ordering was fine, no real issue other than not being able to choose to pay by Debit at the door (an issue with JustEat.ca and not the restaurant I’m sure). Food came a little over a half hour later, everything seemed fine. Open up the bag and our chop suey had leaked on everything inside. Fried rice smelled burnt and was basically white rice with a bit of soy sauce (not even enough to cover all the rice as there was white clumps throughout, and only one extra soy packet included to solve the issue). Sweet and Sour pork was soggy and cold and came with no sauce. Called the restaurant, was told the sauce comes on the pork (which would have made it even more soggy, but maybe would impart some flavor, not to mention cover the burnt smell on the rice, but even though the lady on the phone insisted, there was no sauce to be found). Promises to send me some sauce when the driver gets back (guess there’s no fear of the food getting cold since it already is….) General Tao Chicken was half edible, but did not have the heat that we were expecting and most pieces were as hard as a rock. All in all the food was horrible and we both agreed to throw it out. To be noted, we are Dutch and Scottish. We threw out $50 worth of food. This. Does. Not. Happen. At least there were fortune cookies. I enjoyed mine, which was deformed (of course) and was actually a cookie within a cookie. My better half opened his cookie ready to wowed with at least a great sweet treat but was left feeling ripped off as he had no fortune inside his cookie. Last straw, you made my man mad at a dessert. Never Again. Don’t be fooled by the old reviews that were great. This place has changed their owners and/or suppliers and it’s AWFUL.

I did not have a good experience ordering from New Dragon Boat. The shrimp pad thai was flavorless. I couldn't taste the pork filling in the deep fried wontons so they were extremely dry. It took an hour and 45 mins for them to deliver the food to my house and when it was finally delivered it was room temperature. I will not be ordering from here again.
