  Excellent, friendly service. Great local bets on tap and half price wings on Tuesday. And, the hottest wings are actually hot! Not take hot, authentic hot!

  We're long-term patrons of the Morrissey house. I've enjoyed being there plenty of times, but today I had an extremely bad experience with Margaret as my waitress. I waited 25 minutes before she came to take my drink order, I waited another ten minutes for my drink to arrive. We had the menus open 3 times and she completely ignored us. We were not asked once if we wanted anything to eat. So we left, and yet still left an adequate undeserved tip. So we left and had great service at the Ail House.

  I ordered a pork schnitzel and Manhattan clan chowder for take out. I brought it back to my hotel across the street. Opened it up to find a Caesar salad and the soup. I called to tell them they gave me the wrong order. Instead of apologizing to the customer, the Staff accuses me that she confirmed it with me before I left and told me to come pick up the right order stating I can keep the salad. I don't mind going back to pick it up if I have to if they can't bring it to me across he street but at least apologize for the mistake. I got there the staff member handed me the order and walked away. Originally I thought this was a pretty cool place to hang out and would bring my bf. We are here every week for work. However the service is terrible and I'm not sure if it is just towards me. Hopefully not. Moreover, the take away is that they are very rude. Retrain staff customer service skills.

  The patio is nice but come early if you want a seat. Food selection is good for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Decent prices. Staff could have been friendlier, but overall good dining experience.

  We came because of the Google ratings, but could have been much better. On a not busy night, service was slow... our server was not very personable, although others were. Although the food was cooked properly, one meal was overcooked and dry. Meal options could have been explained better, notably the chicken wings. If breaded is an option, why not let me know? The bathroom had no soap to wash hands with... Which was rectified once I asked.... All in all, it was o k. I won't be back.
