  Tried to get 1 item from metro today. I was in the line with only 1 person being checked out in front of me who was on the last item then boom waiting for a scanner issue which is no problem for me just let me know where I can be helped she called someone else and tried to grt her help for 10 minutes until she finally told me she was closed. COLSED NOT we are experiencing issues someone will help you over there/here/anywhere just I'm closed........ WHAT I was there standing and you couldn't help me with my 1 item was it going to make your break wait 10 seconds or are your scanners down either way you waisted my time then sent me to the back of another large line I was late for baseball and this was all because of METRO I thought we paid more for quality but today they made me feel like we owe them something showing no haste or care that I was waiting, c/s went in the garbage with my receipt. Cheers shouldn't of gave me this survey today I could of been way shittier with this........
