  Got a double big mac they gave me a double angus. Thanks i did eat it. But come one it was a buger no one wonted really dont give it to your customers. just eat it yourself.

  This visit is an interesting contrast to our dining experience here two months ago. Then, we used the kiosk and ordered a custom burger, both of which represent changes in the experience and service. Both were pleasant surprises. This morning we (family of 5) used the kiosk and got the vague sense we'd done something wrong, not with our order which was fine but for having used the kiosk. The serving staff asked multiple clarification questions which might normally be welcome but merely had me repeating what we'd keyed in...almost like they doubted my order because they didn't take it face to face. There was a line up at the only in-person cashier, consisting of the senior citizens who frequent the restaurant for breakfast. The kiosk system is fast and easy, calling on touch-screen skills most people have. The systems that enable it also opens up mobile/web ordering for order-ahead. It's a great move to maximize your kitchen and serve more guests, faster, and more accurately. But I wonder how well store owners and HQ anticipated and addressed the culture changes required. Not just in staff attitudes, but in wooing senior citizens to a friendly acceptance of the new system. Might be more work to do here on both, and I'm sure this location is not unique.
