  I went to this location Tues with my son to buy frappe treats for both my children. After I waited in the crowd of unhappy, unserved customers for 20 min. I asked for a refund. It took another 4 min to get a manager to make the refund & no one else was being served food while I waited for the manager either. I acknowledge there had been an accident in the back that evening but the entire doning area was at a complete standstill. The workers were still at their stations yet nothing was coming out of the "kitchen". All of them may as well have been tending the injured worker. Idk the specifics of the injury causing incident but I blame the corporation since it's likely just another affect of the cheapness they project onto workers & customers. I returned to this location's drive thru at 12:30 this morning starving hoping to grab a quick bite after a long busy day & again I waited 20 min & when the order came out I was shorted a straw, napkins & receipt. I could have ordered & had Dominos delivered in the time I sat in the drive thru for only a few $ more including the tip for a server that actually does a good job. Mc Donald's is brutal.

  Nice staff but slow service. If there way no play place for the kids I would never come here. The place all so needs to be cleaned more as it's hard to find a table that's not dirty.

  Every single time I go to this McDonald's the fries are cold. Every time. I try to convince myself that maybe it will be different somehow, but this location just disappoints me over and over. Unless you're just getting a coffee, don't bother. I realize since it's considered "fast food" so it's not going to be the highest quality and that it's more about convenience. I can accept that. But what I can't stand is when food is given to me, under-cooked or just cold. It's disgusting. This location has consistently given me poor experiences. I'll just stop wasting my money here if this is how food is going to be handled. Also, anytime I go here after 9PM the drive-thru is slow as molasses for even the most simple of things. I'd expect that from an out of the way location. But Wellington is a high-traffic area. What gives?

  i asked extra big mac sauce and ketchup. im in drive thru.they said ok and when i pick up my food. i asked again.they said.they put.in the bag. and when i get home.. nothing..
