The ice cream is epic, but when I was here last the server was miserable, disnt make eye contact, and was very short. Perhaps she had had a brutal day, or maybe she wasn't feeling well, who knows, but it was kind of a blaw experience, usually the staff are all awesome and bubbly.

The service and environment is very comfortable and friendly. The only thing I would criticize is the amount of toppings they put on the icecream. No matter how much I emphasize "a lot of (topping here) please ", the amount is still small. Overall great place to go and get icecream all year round

Fairly quick service. Floor always seems sticky but I'm sure it starts clean and is covered in ice cream every day. Prices are reasonable and items aren't stale and constantly used. Busy most of the time which is a good sign.

Love the double stamp days on Monday night. Everyone there looks like they enjoy their jobs and are happy. Can't wait for the outdoor seating to be an option again.
