Udon soup tastes like water, too many bean sprouts

I ordered salmon sushi and was disappointed to see that there was barely any salmon inside..it was all rice and seaweed. I still felt hungry after and I felt like I got ripped off.

A lot of people seem to complain about the Udon or the Sushi, but I've never tried that. Teriyaki Chicken or Beef over rice is what i've been getting there for over 10 years, the price and portion are great, its served piping hot and fresh right off the griddle. The owner is a nice guy too!
