Awesome store. I love trying the new flavours :) the place is a bit small and overwhelming, but the choices are a plenty!

Normally I love coming into this store because of the amazing selection available. Today however, was not one of those days. As my daughter and I were shopping and filling our basket with 36 k-cups, a man plunked his stepladder down right in front of us and proceeded to start pulling boxes off the shelf and yelling back and forth with the young lady who worked there. Inventory? Reorganization? We weren't actually finished making our selections yet and I had intended to buy more for myself and the 36 for my daughter. It wasn't possible for us to continue shopping. The behaviour and service was some of the rudest I have ever received in a store. I plan to try the other London location but will not be back to the northend store.
