  You dont get a lot of food for what you pay for. This has happened the last 2-3 times ive been there ober the past months so i believe this is the norm. Service was extremely slow. When we got there yes it was busy but it still took 45 mins to get our food. Ive been to other restaurants even when busy it still only takes 25 mins. By the time i got my food it was almost cold. I think this place hopes to draw people in by having young girls wearing tight outfits (sadly, like most of these other chains). Great if you're young and single, not a factor if youre a little older and married. Try standing out in the service area at least. Price your food appropriately and get it to the customers on time. If your big "seller" is college/university age waitresses in short skirts, well, there are websites for that! Thats not going to be enough to make me come out to J A again. Im not willing to go back by choice, sorry!

  We went yesterday afternoon. Seated on the upstairs patio. Waited over 20 minutes at our table and weren't even acknowledged. Saw 3 tables seated after us and even received drinks. Servers kept walking by, think it's pretty obvious if we still had menus our order wasn't taken. Obviously our business wasn't wanted or needed that badly. We left and went else where, can't say I ever plan to return. Simply terrible.
