  Bought a product at this store a couple of weeks ago and the lady that I dealt with was very nice. My son was sick today and I had to send my mother in to get another bottle of the product today. The manager Janet dealt with my mother and was extremely rude to her. She pulled up my profile to see what I purchased last and still got it wrong. When I called to ask why she received the wrong product, she was rude to me as well. Obviously this woman does not know what she is doing, apparently she's a R.H.N, but I highly question those credentials. I will not be shopping at this store again and do not recommend it to anyone else.

  This is the best health food store in London! The ladies are very helpful and they always have my favourite products in stock. I recommend this store a lot!
