Placed an order online and it took over an hour for the delivery. The website states the orders are ready in 45 minutes; when we called in to inquire in the status, we were told that the times are "approximate". There was no apology. Horrendous customer service

Very unfriendly staff. Gino Pizza would NOT accept AMERICAN patrons because I could only provide a US cell phone number for my pick up order. We ordered from Boston's down the street with no problem.
