Great idea and a fun place. Get a reservation if you are planning on being there for mid-evening. Found it odd that there were so many items they were "out" of when I heard other customers ordering: their spicy chocolate, certain dipping items, etc. A grocery store is a block away if they run low. Perhaps a little more planning or perhaps I was there at an unlucky moment. Our experience was great though and I am now addicted to white chocolate on rice crispy squares.

Bad customer service - after a few emails back an forth trying to put together an order, I was asked what my budget was. After my response I was promptly ignored and have still not been answered to this day.

Cool concept. Chocolate and coffee in a cozy atmosphere. At $10/head for the fondue it was maybe a bit in the pricey side as you get to larger groups, but if was overall a nice experience and on balance good value.
