  Thanks for making our Valentines extra special this year. We did not receive a teddy bear with our order. When we contacted the store they explained they ran out of the bears due to an unexpected overwhelming response. They had proactively substituted another product. They made things right. The girl who we spoke with was exceptional. We have ordered from this London store many times and have never been disappointed. Great customer service. You guys Rock! Thanks Edible Arrangements!

  I placed an order online on Monday, and it was for my aunt's brithday on Saturday, but they called me on Friday afternoon and told me there is no strawberries to make the basket and they want me to switch the strawberries to apple/orange slices or cancel it, It was a huge disappointment to me, no mention the different prices between strawberry and apple slice, they should let me know eariler so that I can have time to find other solutions, and their store in London is horrible, I went there before Monday to check how good the basket looks like, I asked the only waitress in there with smile and reception about the price and time arragements, and that lady kept saying the same thing:" just place your order online" with along face to me all time. Now I have to get up early on Saturday to go around the whole city to find another brithday cake, thanks to Edible Arrangement, I will tell all my friends what I had been through.

  Ordered something for Valentines Day, kind of forgot what I ordered and was in a rush. Quickly realized my balloons + chocolate pop were missing, and no grapes and arrangement looked a bit different than advertised. After originally posting this the (I assume) owner called me. Unfortunately I am now out of the country and cannot call back for a week or two. Very friendly and attentive in the voicemail. The stuff I did get was of top quality, but unfortunate a couple of things were left out. I assume it's because they were busy for Valentines day, and I should've noticed what was missing before I left the store myself.

  I had an issue with my order, so I called in. They quickly dealt with the issue by offering to send another dozen chocolate dipped strawberries with a smile! I am very thankful and and definitely recommend this location!
