  I will never return. When arriving my partner and I were told there was a 10 or 15 min wait. We asked if we could go into the bar to have a drink and wait for our table. We were told no. Never in my life have I been told I couldn't have a drink at the bar while waiting for a table. After waiting 15 min we were seated. There was no one sitting at the bar and a bartender standing there doing nothing. I waited 25 min for my beer and could literally see the bartender standing there. We asked for more bread as we waited an hour and a half for our meals (it never came). My meal came out burnt with the wrong side pasta and my partners was cold and over cooked. I tasted his and it was like goo. When I told the manager my meal was wrong he looked very annoyed and grabbed my plate to take it back. I stopped him and told him to forget it bexcuse I did not have another hour to wait. The meals were just unacceptable. I did not eat my meal after waiting over an hour and my partner was upset with his as well. I have been to many East side and know what quality of food and service to expect. This was a disgrace. I complained to the manager (the one who grabbed my plate off the table in a huff) and said I refused to pay for my meal and went over the experience with him. He removed the food for our bill but we had to pay for our 2 beers each....even after waiting for 25 min for our beer and watching the bartender stand there and twiddle her thumbs. I never expect to get freebies from a business but I believe the entire bill should have been waived. I didn't have time to finish my beer, I didn't eat my food, the bread never came, and the manager seemed like he only removed the food from the bill to get me to stop talking. Never. Ever. Again.

  We used to go east side marios but this location was awful. Bad food, waitress super slow she didnt get what we wanted. We had to take two times forks from another table.. etc I wont come back! I feel like a lose my money today sunday!

  Was busy - 20 min wait for table at dinner time, but our server Jess V was AMAZING!! She really made this place for us! She was almost psychic about refilling our bread & salad & she was funny & really personable. Outstanding service & the food was absolutely delicious & the kitchen was quick about everything too. Would come back again for sure. Made it seem like we weren't at the average chain restaurant

  The service was friendly and prompt. Our server answered our questions and ensured our dining experience was comfortable and clean. The food was delicious and a portion size that was a good value.
