- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆lovely hotel, nice swimming area (though i was the only person in there at the time, which probably made it so nice for me) and fantastic rooms. I had a corner unit and the size and decor of the room was very good. The only negative part was the desk clerk at check-in. She was a bit weird about my payment not going through on the first try. I've never had to pay for a hotel when i CHECK IN, always on the way out so I felt a bit like she was doubting my ability to pay for the room and ran my card for the full amount upon arrival PLUS deposit. I wanted to pay in cash upon my departure so it was an inconvenience for sure. She also told me the nearest gas station was at least a 15 minute drive away (i was on fumes) but I did a quick google search and found one around the corner. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Rooms are updated and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic with many restaurants near by, although you may just want to try the food here as it is fantastic as well! Only downside is parking is a block away unless you are paying for the valet service. Regardless, I would definitely recommend staying here!By Cody Forrester, November 20, 2016
