  My friend and I went there at 11:57 am on a Sunday looking at the Orange Julius menu while we were waiting for the store to open, which we realized by the lights not on yet. A young girl came out and said "We're not open until 12" and we replied " Yes, we know." Then she continued to stand there and check her phone in front of us. It would have been nice for the staff to help out and service the line that was starting form of customers 3 minutes to 12pm rather than stand there in front of us texting as we all stood there and waited. It was like she was taunting us. A girl who we didn't even know came up and said that the staff had been standing around texting and told her they didn't open til 12pm also, as we are all aware of that as we patiently waited. She convinced us to leave the line also and go to Freshly Squeezed. The service was great there!

  Very small location, very crowded, and the quality seems to suffer because of this. Poor generic taste, however when it's not busy, you can get a nice cone.

  I love Dairy Queen but hate these stupid one in the mall. Just went to order a blizzard, they completely messed it up and my wife and I were the only customers at the time. went back to get something done about it and they refused and ignored me. Not the first time this has happened at these stupid mall locations. I am sticking to the actual Dairy Queen restaurants now and never going to these mall ones again.

  Service was great this time, no line ups and I didn't have to wait long for my strawberry smoothie with yogurt, which was actually good this time, I can taste the strawberries.
