Picked up fish and chips today. It's about a 10 minute drive from home. By the time I picked them up and drove home the french fries were stale. I called the restaurant and told them this. Their reply was they don't have a long shelf life. So within the 10 minutes it took me to drive home the fries tasted like they've been sitting on the shelf all day. For a place that was not busy today, I found this unacceptable. Their reply was just well if we can't see the fries we can't help you. Thanks Archies for your wonderful customer service.
