  I used to like eating here. The staff is good but I can not support the managements current stance of posting publicly that his staff are not deserving of a higher minimum wage. He has done this multiple times, and this causes me to no longer want to eat in his establishment - which ironically means he has that much less money to pay his staff with. I am saddened not to be able to suggest you support a local busines, but that is what we do reviews for. So people know where is good ( or not ) to support.

  The owner needs a Gordon Ramsey make over on the food. The food was expensive and the only thing that was good was the French fries and my very small amount of smoked duck. My daughter ordered the lasagna and it was very bland. I had the duck salad and there were so many green peppers on a very plain salad and approximately1/3 cup of smoked duck. My husband said his fish was bad and my daughter ordered a side of specialty fries and they tasted freezer burned. Only my husband's standard fries were good. Waitress was attentive...however, the good service doesn't cancel out the poor food.

  Its unfortunate when businesses get political and this one certainly has. The food is truly average and on some nights below average. Even the cute kilts aren't quite good enough to make me overlook it.
