- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I've had good and bad experiences with the taste of food at vegan restaurants. OWB is definitely one of the good ones! I've been able to try a variety of their options--sandwiches, juice, salads, and baked goods--and loved every one of them. My favorite was the Kelsey bowl, but I also highly recommend their avocado/chick pea sandwich. And they make this amazing chocolate-brownie style whoopie pie that I'm still dreaming about. The dining area is a great environment too. There's a quiet, cozier area near the back and a brighter, more open area by the windows. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Organic Works has some amazing vegetarian options, and the staff are always very accommodating with respect to my food allergies. Their carrot cake is the best thing that has ever happened to me. Obsessed with the homemade granola. Everything here is fresh and delicious, and the owner is so lovely. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Was very ignored by all younger staff while waiting by sign to wait to be seated in restaurant. Finally somebody seated me in the bakery area at a table. Gave order which was soup of the day and a tea which I thought should be quick since it was busy. After 20 min got a cold tea latte. After 25 min finally gave up waiting for my soup. Again waited to pay for my latte and counted 6 younger girls standing around ignoring customers. I had lunch elsewhere.
